Beyond break-up Part 4

Going through a break-up or divorce can feel overwhelming - but you don’t have to face it alone.

This supportive 6-week course is designed for women navigating the challenges of separation, offering a safe space to connect with others who understand.

Each week, we’ll share experiences, explore practical tools, and learn uplifting techniques to help you heal, rebuild your confidence, and look towards a brighter future.

Sessions run 7.30–9pm every Thursday for six consecutive weeks

Embossed pewter with Melanie — Metal tape and copper angel

In this full day workshop, you will try your hand at layering and embossing with metal tape on a cardboard former.

You will use a patina and different waxes and inks to highlight. You will also learn the technique of metal embossing on copper, using both low and high relief, to cover the wings of the angel.

No artistic ability is required as you will be working from a template.

The angel is 25cm high and can either be free standing or can adorn the top of a tree.

Personalise your Christmas stationary this year by printing your own.

Print your own range of stationery items including Christmas cards, gift tags, paper bags and gift wrap — you can even make a set of Christmas crackers! A range of text printing blocks for Christmas greetings is also available to personalise your makes.

We’ll start the workshop with a coffee or tea whilst you explore a wide range of beautiful hand carved Indian blocks, and see examples of printed pieces.

After a demonstration from our expert guide Von, from Von’s Craftery, with plenty of tips and tricks shared, you will have an opportunity to practice before finalising your choice of design, blocks and colours to create your bespoke festive stationary.
