Expert Caroline will guide you through all the techniques you need to prepare and cover a 6 inch fruit cake with marzipan and icing.
Then you’ll learn all the skills required to shape, contour and assemble your sugar paste holly, ivy leaves and berries to adorn the top of your cake in readiness for the big day.
